Etäopiskelun olennaisin tuki on kurssitutorin toteuttama verkkotutorointi Moodle -ympäristössä ja se on tarjolla kaikille opintoihin ilmoittautuneille opiskelijoille. Kursseilla käytettävä opiskelumateriaali ja opettajan erikseen jakama materiaali jaetaan Moodle -opiskeluympäristössä, jossa myös verkkotutorointi toteutetaan.
